The DIQ is a non-attached, independent and impartial consultancy and research institute concerned with specific concepts and strategies of applied quality improvement and quality assurance, as well as scientific quality research.

The purpose and objectives of the institute are to promote quality assurance in science, industry, business and services, and securing fair competition.
